1. What data we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, company or organisation, city, products of interest, expected quantity, message and the time of your consent.

When analytics consent is enabled, our website may collect pages viewed, page title, visit time, time spent, an anonymous visitor and session identifier, device type, browser, operating system, traffic source, UTM values and approximate country, state or city derived from an IP lookup. We store only a hashed IP address and do not retain the raw IP in our analytics database.

We use first-party cookies for essential site functions, consent preferences, visitor ID and session ID. See our Cookie Policy for details.

2. Why we collect it

  • To respond to contact requests and bulk quote enquiries.
  • To prepare product, pack-size and delivery discussions.
  • To understand website use and improve product information and service, where analytics consent is given.
  • To prevent spam, protect our forms and maintain internal records.

3. How data is stored and retained

Form and visitor data is stored in a secured database with access limited to authorised personnel and service providers. We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably required to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Analytics records are retained for [PLACEHOLDER — confirm retention period] and then deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only where needed with service providers such as hosting, database, email delivery and IP-location services. Providers are expected to process information only for the agreed service and to apply reasonable security measures. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Your rights under the DPDP Act

Subject to applicable law and verification, you may ask us for access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, withdrawal of consent and grievance redressal. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal. Some data may need to be retained where legally required.
